Suspicious Man Grabs Girl, Kisses Her In Ashburn: Police

ASHBURN, VA — Police are seeking information about a suspicious man dressed in a brown bag who approached a group of juveniles and offered them candy before grabbing a young girl and kissing her Wednesday in the 43000 block of Solheim Cup Terrace, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. He's described as Middle Eastern, around 70 with a heavy accent.

A parent reported that the girl was walking with a group of friends when they came upon the man, who asked them if they wanted candy. The girl said yes and the man put candy in her backpack. As she started to walk away and rejoin her friends, the man grabbed her by the wrist and kissed her cheek. Anyone with pertinent information is urged to call police at 703-777-0407.
