Suspicious Man Offers Phone Number To Girl In Ashburn: LCSO

ASHBURN, VA—Authorities are looking for a man who approached a girl walking her dog and repeatedly offered his phone number Wednesday in the area of Windmill Drive and Preston Court, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. He's described as Middle Eastern, around 40 years old, and driving a late-model Honda Civic.

Late that afternoon, a caller's daughter was said to have been approached by an unknown man driving a car. He pulled alongside her and repeatedly asked her to put his phone number into her cell phone. She declined and he finally drove away from the scene.
