Swastikas Painted On Signs, Car, Sidewalk In Sterling: Police

Two different vandalism incidents involving swastika symbols were reported last weekend, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

STERLING, VA — Two different vandalism incidents involving swastika symbols were reported last weekend, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. The first was Saturday in the 100 block of Environs Road, and the second was Sunday in the area of Tripleseven Road and Environs road.

In Saturday's incident, a resident found what appeared to be a swastika written on a sidewalk. In Sunday's incident, several community signs were spray painted. One had a swastika on it. Two vehicles also were spray painted, and one had a swastika drawn on the hood.
