Tatté Bakery, Van Leeuwen Ice Cream Could Open Soon At One Loudoun: Report

ASHBURN, VA — Work is underway on the new locations for Tatté Bakery & Cafe and the Van Leeuwen Ice Cream shop in the expanding One Loudoun shopping center, The Burn reports.

The first business in the new expansion, the Arhaus luxury furniture store, opened its doors last week. According to The Burn, work is advancing rapidly on the new Tatté Bakery and Van Leeuwen Ice Cream locations, but not much progress has been made on the coming Bartaco restaurant.

The expansion project, announced in October 2024, intends to eventually add 86,000 square feet of retail, 33,000 square feet of office space, and around 400 housing units to the development. Additional new tenants will include Alo, Madewell, Pottery Barn, Williams Sonoma and a hotel.
