Teacher Caught Upskirting Girls At Purcellville School: LCSO
A Loudoun County Public Schools roving reading teacher was arrested Friday and charged with three counts of unlawful filming of students.

PURCELLVILLE, VA—A Loudoun County Public Schools roving reading teacher was arrested Friday and charged with three felony counts of unlawful filming of students in Woodgrove High School at 36811 Allder School Road, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Samuel Hermens, 30, of West Virginia, is being held without bond.
Hermens, described as an itinerant Specialized Instructional Facilitator for Reading in the school system, was seen possibly photographing girls under their skirts with his cell phone in a hall Friday morning. The act is known as "upskirting." A police resources officer at the school was immediately notified.
