ASHBURN, VA—A Newton-Lee Elementary School teacher was arrested Friday after being found with alcohol in the school at 43335 Gloucester Parkway, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Teresa D. Folsom, 41, of Leesburg, was charged with drinking/possessing alcohol on public school grounds.On May 24, police arrived at the school for a possible medical emergency involving a teacher. An investigation then found she had alcohol inside a classroom.
