Theft Ring Busted In Loudoun, Fairfax Counties: Police

Three men and a juvenile have been arrested for auto theft and vehicle tampering that occurred last month in Ashburn: LCSO

ASHBURN, VA — Three men and a juvenile have been arrested for auto theft and vehicle tampering that occurred last month, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office, and they're also believed to connected to other thefts over past several months in Northern Virginia. Charged with grand larceny, receiving stolen property and grand larceny from a vehicle: Justin E. Rebianes, 21, of Reston; Onan G. Nunez, 19, of Ashburn; Bryan H. Sandoval, 19, of Reston; and the juvenile.

On Sept. 11, police responded to the area of Heather Mews Drive in the Grange at Willowsford for a report of unknown people entering vehicles. Also, a vehicle in the area was found to have been stolen from the 21000 block of Lady Fern Place. After an extensive search, aided by a Fairfax County Police helicopter, the suspects were found. Since the 11th, police from both Loudoun County and Fairfax County have worked together and used search warrants at multiple locations in both counties. They found guns, ammunition and other items believed to have stolen from vehicles. Police believe the suspects — as well as some arrested in Fairfax County — have been involved in a series of thefts over the past several months in both counties.
