Unknown Man Kissed, Grabbed Woman Outside Ashburn Apartment: Cops

Police are looking for a man who grabbed and kissed a woman without her consent outside of an Ashburn apartment building on Tuesday.

The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who kissed and grabbed a woman outside of an apartment building on Ashburn Road on Tuesday night. The man claimed to be delivering food to someone in the building, authorities said.

ASHBURN, VA — A man in Ashburn grabbed and kissed a woman without her consent on Tuesday evening, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Authorities are still working to identify and locate the suspect.

The incident occurred around 10 p.m. on Monday night. The victim told police that an unknown man approached her outside of her apartment building in the 19700 block of Ashburn Road.

The man told the victim that he worked for a food delivery company. He said he had a delivery for someone in the building, police said.

The man began to follow the victim as she walked to her car, according to the police report. He then put his arm around her and kissed her. The man then grabbed her and kissed her again, authorities said.

As the victim got into her vehicle, the man touched her and kissed her a final time before walking away.

Police described the suspect as a Middle Eastern man in his 30s. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall with salt and pepper hair and a goatee. He was wearing blue jeans and a light sweater at the time of the assault, police said.
