'Upskirting' Suspect Arrested In Sterling

A man wanted on "upskirting" charges going back about a month was arrested last week after being found burglarizing an office in Sterling.

STERLING, VA — A man wanted on "upskirting" charges going back about a month was arrested last week after being found burglarizing an office in the 1400 block of Shepard Drive, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Earl D. Jennings, 31, of Sterling, was charged with unlawful filming, unlawful entry and also served outstanding warrants for a bond/pre-trail violation. He's being held without bond.

Police responded to the aforementioned area for a report of a suspicious person hiding in an office and taking items. Before the cops arrived, Jennings fled on a bicycle toward the Washington and Old Dominion Trail. He was apprehended near the trail and Sterling Boulevard.

He had been wanted for a June 26 "upskirting incident" at a store in the 45100 block of Columbia Place. The victim said an unknown male had been trying to take pictures up her dress. He was confronted by the victim and a store employee and then fled the store.
