'Upskirting' Suspect Sought in Sterling: Police
Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding a man suspected of "upskirting" at a Sterling store June 26: LCSO

STERLING, VA — Authorities are seeking the public's help in finding a man suspected of "upskirting" at a store June 26 in the 45100 block of Columbia Place, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. Earl D. Jennings, 31, is wanted for unlawful filming.
Shortly after 1 p.m., the female victim told police she saw Jennings trying to take "upskirting" photos of her. She confronted him and he fled the store. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to call 703-777-1021.
