'Upskirting' Suspected At Target In Sterling: Police
A man is wanted for trying to take so-called "upskirt" photos of a woman Monday afternoon inside a Target in Sterling: LCSO
STERLING, VA — A man is wanted for trying to take so-called "upskirt" photos of a woman Monday afternoon inside a Target department store at 45130 Columbia Place, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office. He was confronted by the victim, as well as a store employee, before fleeing the business.
He's described as black, 5-6, having a medium build and a beard. He was wearing khaki pants and a polo shirt with white and gray stripes.
