Victim Assaulted, Called Slurs + Thefts At Ulta: Loudoun Crime Report

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office is investigating several crimes that were reported throughout the area over the weekend. Notable incidents included an assault where the victim was called racial slurs and multiple thefts in the same day at an Ulta Beauty store.

The thefts at Ulta Beauty in Sterling's Dulles Retail Plaza occurred on Friday, April 29, according to the police report. The first theft occurred around 12 p.m.

At that time, an employee called police and said that two suspects took several items from the store without paying. The suspects were described as a white male and a white female, according to police. The female was wearing a peach-colored sweatshirt with black leggings. The male was wearing a dark blue sweatshirt, blue jeans, black hat, and dark glasses.

Store employees reported more thefts at the store around 6:20 p.m. Again, the employees said that multiple people took several items from the store.

Police described the suspects as four Black females. One of the suspects had long locs, a plaid sweatshirt, and black pants. Another had long locs, a black sweatshirt, and black pants. A third suspect had straight hair, a black sweatshirt, and black pants. The fourth suspect had pigtails, a black sweater, and black pants, according to the police report.

At 7 p.m. on Saturday, deputies learned of an assault that occurred in the 22900 block of Regent Terrace in Sterling. A woman reported that two boys assaulted her son, according to police.

The boys also called the victim racial slurs, authorities said. The victim said that before the assault, the boys rode by on a bicycle and pointed a pistol with an orange tip at him.

The sheriff's office described the suspects as Hispanic boys between 12 and 15 years old. One of the boys was wearing a red t-shirt, black shorts, and black shoes. The other boy was wearing a red shirt, black jeans, and slippers.
