Woman Killed In Jeep Crash Near Dulles: Police

The driver in the early Tuesday morning crash on Route 28 north was charged with DUI, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

LOUDOUN COUNTY, VA — A Leesburg woman was killed in a crash early Tuesday morning on Route 28 after being thrown from a Jeep Wrangler being driven by a suspected drunk driver, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

The victim was identified as 22-year-old Gabrielle Perry.

The driver, Andre M. Glenn, 26, of Sterling, was charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license, and the crash remains under investigation.

Around 2 a.m., police say Glenn was headed north near the Dulles toll road when he hit a traffic divider. The victim and another female were thrown from the vehicle. Glenn, a male passenger and the other female were not seriously injured.
