Woman Touched Inappropriately At Sterling Restaurant: Police

STERLING, VA—A woman said she was touched inappropriately Monday night by an unknown man inside The Pollo Factory restaurant in the 150 block of Enterprise Street, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

He was described as a light-skinned Hispanic, in his mid to late 30s, 6-0 with a thin build, a receding hair line and short brown hair. He was wearing a red shirt and black pants, and said to be sitting with another Hispanic man when the incident occurred. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 703-777-0407.
