Zoe's Kitchen Permanently Closed At One Loudoun
Zoe's Kitchen, a mediterranean restaurant that had been open for eight years at One Loudoun, is now permanently closed.

ASHBURN, VA — Zoe's Kitchen, a One Loudoun staple for more than eight years, is now permanently closed. The Ashburn location was the last Zoe's Kitchen facility still open in Northern Virginia.
The mediterranean restaurant chain has not provided a reason for the closure. Since its opening in 2014, Zoe's Kitchen at One Loudoun specialized in kabobs, salads, soups and sandwiches.
The Zoe's Kitchen chain was acquired by CAVA in 2018. In 2021, the brand began converting several Zoe's Kitchen locations into CAVA restaurants.

However, One Loudoun officials told The Burn that they do not believe CAVA will be filling the former Zoe's Kitchen facility, on a corner near Trader's Joe.
In November, Northern Virginia's second-to-last Zoe's Kitchen closed its doors in Vienna.

"We can't thank you enough for choosing Zoës Kitchen and we hope you'll visit our other locations to enjoy your favorite kabobs and treat yourself to our famous Yaya's chocolate cake," a sign at the Vienna facility said.
