• Skydiver Palanker returns to Virginia Tech to discuss mental health (roanoke.com) — Virginia Tech athletes in Blacksburg heard skydiver and Army veteran Pasha Palanker speak about mental health and suicide prevention, months after his widely publicized crash into Lane Stadium's video board. His return focused on resilience, coping after trauma, and encouraging players and coaches to seek help when they struggle.
