Car Accident Closes Road and Detours Hundreds of Cars

At around 4:35 p.m. at the intersection of Coffer Woods Rd and Burke Lake Rd, there was a four vehicle accident, with two cars on each road, blocking off vehicles from heading towards Lee Chapel Rd.

The accident consisted of three cars and a VIP Pet Elite pet grooming van.

There are no known injuries or deaths.

Police arrived to the scene shortly after the crash occurred and began rerouting cars to turn right on Coffer Woods Rd then left on Burke Centre Parkway.

The entirely of Coffer Woods Rd took 19 minutes to drive and was lined with cars getting detoured.
