Dog Rescued From HVAC Duct In West Springfield (Video)
Video shows a firefighter freeing the dog from above the ceiling.
WEST SPRINGFIELD, VA—Firefighters had to rescue a dog trapped in an HVAC duct in the West Springfield area.
The West Springfield Fire Station responded to the home for a report of the trapped small dog Friday night. The team worked to determine the dog's location and a strategy to safely get it out.
A firefighter ended up cutting a hole in the ceiling to free the dog. There were no reports of injuries.
