'Elf' The Movie: Free Screening Wednesday at Burke Centre Library

BURKE, VA — When you get a bunch of kids together to watch a funny movie, the laughs feed off the other laughs. Kinda cool.

So expect that kind of atmosphere Wednesday night at Burke Centre Library, 5935 Freds Oak Road.

The Fairfax County facility will be holding a 7 p.m. screening of the holiday movie "Elf,'' starring Will Ferrell, James Caan and Bob Newhart.

The event is free, open to kids and adults of all ages, and refreshments will be served.
