An adult Contemporary/Lyrical Dance Workshop will be held on Saturday, March 17th from 11:30-12:30PM with Keri Roberts at eMotion! Register for this workshop today at www.emotiondancefit.com!
This workshop is a combination of ballet, jazz and modern dance technique. We will start with a warmup that uses these three genres of dance to understand the basic movements. Then we'll work on learning how to be more expressive with our movements. Towards the end of class you will learn a beautiful routine that will make you feel like a star on So You Think You Can Dance? No experience is necessary as this class is geared for those who have never taken dance before as well as those who have a few years of understanding this style.
