Cardio Kickboxing

Feeling tired or need to let out a little energy?  This is the class to spice up your workout and your life.  This class combines all elements of martial arts (kickboxing, boxing, capoeira, karate, etc.) into an aerobic workout and allows for some cross training for all of your dancing.  There is no contact and no equipment required.  Be prepared to sweat and leave feeling energized.
