This class is for those who have either taken some dance in the past or who have taken Hip-Hop Beginner or Adv Beginner Hip-Hop Choreography. This class starts with a warmup that includes stretching and body weight exercises such as sit-ups and pushups. The second part of class is devoted to learning more complex hip hop choreography that includes a softer more lyrical element to challenge the growing dancer's mind and body.
