West Springfield District Station’s Neighborhood Patrol Unit will host a bicycle rodeo for children ages 6-12.
Children will learn about bicycle safety and participate in a challenging obstacle course designed to reinforce safe riding.
The police department will have several police vehicles and equipment pieces on display along with a visit from McGruff the Crime Dog.

Group leaders with six or more children are asked to register by contacting the unit directly.
All children who wish to participate are required to bring their own bicycle and a bicycle helmet.
