Fairfax Teens Charged For Explicit Photos Of Girls: Police
Teens from Robinson, Lake Braddock and W.T. Woodson are accused of possessing nude images.
FAIRFAX, VA—Five teenage boys attending Fairfax County high schools are facing charges for allegedly explicit photos of teenage girls on found social media, police say.
On Wednesday, May 8, Fairfax County Police charged two teens from Robinson Secondary School, two from Lake Braddock Secondary School and one W.T. Woodson High School. Nine of the charges were for possession of child pornography and one was for unlawful filming.
Police began investigating when two victims from Robinson Secondary School came forward to an administrator. The girls found nude photos of themselves on an unknown Snapchat account. Detectives identified the five boys involved.

Police were able to identify some victims, who are from West Springfield High School, Lake Braddock Secondary School, Robinson Secondary School and South County High School. Other victims remain unidentified.
Police remind residents that explicit images of a person under 18 are considered crimes. Anyone who receives unsolicited messages involving explicit images should contact police at 703-691-2131.
