Girl Changing Clothes Filmed At Fairfax County Mall: Police

FAIRFAX, VA—Police are trying to find a person responsible for filming a 13-year-old girl inside a dressing room at the Fair Oaks Mall. The case is considered unlawful filming of a minor.

The incident happened between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. last Sunday afternoon at the Hollister store. The girl told police she was trying on clothes when she heard a noise in the dressing room next to her. She looked down and noticed a cell phone filming her.

The girl's mother notified store management, who have been cooperating with the police investigation. Employees said a man had been in the store around the time the filming happened. The mall turned over video footage of the man, who police believe has information but is not a suspect at this time.
