Greenspring Announces Promotion of Kevin Patterson to Director of Sales

Greenspring, a continuing care retirement community developed and managed by Erickson Senior Living in Springfield, Va, is pleased to announce the promotion of Kevin Patterson to director of sales. He brings more than 20 years of senior living experience to this leadership position.

Patterson joined Greenspring last year as associate director of sales. His career with Erickson Senior Living began in 2003 at Riderwood in Silver Spring, Md., where he worked directly with residents as a member of the dining services team during his high school years. After graduating from college, he joined Riderwood’s sales team, quickly advancing through several roles and welcoming hundreds of new residents to the vibrant community. He later transitioned to Siena Lakes, an Erickson community in Naples, Fla., where he continued to focus on enhancing the resident experience, supporting team members, and strengthening community connections, and was promoted to sales manager in 2022.

Patterson holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland. He resides in Fairfax, Va.
