Man Assaults, Flashes People At Dave & Buster's: Police

A DC man was charged with simple assault and indecent exposure for the incident at Springfield Town Center.

SPRINGFIELD, VA—A Washington, DC man has been charged after flashing and inappropriately touching people in the Springfield Town Center Dave & Buster's Monday.

Around 3:02 p.m., the victims were sitting inside the restaurant when the man inappropriately touched one of them, and exposed himself to the other, Fairfax County Police say.

Officers responded to the scene and arrested the man. Jamar Tillman, 34, was charged with simple assault and indecent exposure.

Other Springfield incidents reported in the Fairfax County crime recap include:

  • Commercial Burglary: 7067 Brookfield Plaza (Mughal Oasis Restaurant), between 11:00 p.m. on 5/6/2018 and 1:11 a.m. on 5/7/2018. Someone broke in the front door to the business and took money and property.

  • Larceny: 6100 block of Rolling Road, jewelry and medicine from residence
