Man Impersonates Police Officer in Burke
A victim was pepper sprayed by a man wearing police attire in Burke and more in the weekend crime report.

BURKE, VA -- A man impersonating a police officer was arrested at the 9000 block of Tiffany Park Court in Burke Sunday morning.
Around 8:57 a.m., a a man dressed in police attire approached and pepper sprayed the victim, Fairfax County Police say. Police found the two men were acquaintances. The victim did not require medical attention.

Dewaune Allen, Jr., 31, of Springfield was arrested and transported to the Adult Detention Center. He is charged with malicious wounding by a caustic substance and impersonating a law enforcement officer.
The other incident reported in Burke over the weekend was a larceny at the 9200 block of Old Keene Mill Road. An electronic device was stolen from a business, police say.
