Moms-giving, Fall Fest, and Networking at Noon Happening Soon!

Start your Holiday Season with Fairfax Station Railroad Museum’s FallFest on Saturday, November 18th from 12:30 to 5pm. Come for the day and join FSRM as we host the original Bavarian Dance Group of Washington ‘Alt Washingtonia’ for dancing, yodeling, cowbell ringing, Alphorns, and traditional German Food and Crafts. ‘Alt Washingtonia’ will provide entertainment in the true Bavarian style, come and watch, but come to learn and participate. Performances are at 1:00, 2:00, 3:00, and 4:00 pm. You can join in the dancing, try your hand at blowing an Alphorn, ringing a cowbell, and more.

Enjoy German Food and Snacks (extra fee) and create and learn about traditional German Holiday Crafts. Once craft per person (a ticket will be provided at admission). If you wish to make additional crafts purchase additional tickets for $1 each (all while supplies last). Available Crafts: Moravian (Froebel) Star; Nutcracker or Lebkuchenherzen (Gingerbread Cookie Heart Paper Craft) Ornaments; and Candy Cone (candy provided).

Moms can celebrate “Momsgiving” with Villa Advocacy Group on November 22, 2023 in Lake Ridge, VA. Villa Advocacy Group and Babycito also host a monthly opportunity for all Moms & Industry Professionals to get together and get inspired. The events occur every third Tuesday of the month and the location is announced monthly. This month's event is November 21st at Cowo & Creche.

The 2nd Annual Pumpkins for Pigs Drive is happening now! For residents in Western Prince William County and part of Facquier County, when you are ready to dispose of pumpkins please text Mike at 571-428-8328 with your address and place the pumpkin(s) at the curb. Please only place uncarved and unpainted pumpkins.

Eartha’s United Learning Advocacy (EULA) Program has successfully donated books to the local community, to include the United Service Organizations (USO). The goal of EULA is to provide organizations and independently owned daycare/preschools with quality books that make learning about staying healthy fun. Dream Ellison sponsors the EULA Program and looks forward to collaborating with other authors who focus on early education.
