Vehicle Stolen From Rideshare Driver In West Springfield: Police

WEST SPRINGFIELD, VA — Fairfax County Police say a rideshare driver's vehicle was stolen Wednesday evening in West Springfield. The suspect is believed to be a customer.

The incident happened around 5:28 p.m. in the 8300 block of Traford Lane when the driver got into an argument with the customer. The customer reportedly got into the front seat and drove away in the vehicle, a 2014 Toyota Corolla.

Metro Transit Police found the vehicle, but the suspect has not been arrested. Police did not have a specific description of the suspect, a woman in her 20s.
