Detectives from the Major Crimes Division say they received an anonymous tip about the incident. Around 11 a.m. on May 14, the unknown suspect attempted to secretly record up the dresses of the girl and her mother. The child’s mother confronted him, and he left the store in a silver or gray Honda Crosstour, or similar vehicle before police arrived. After the incident, police released a description and photos of the suspect taken from Walmart video surveillance.
