• Town of Chatham declares Stage 2 Water Emergency (wsls.com) — Chatham officials have declared a Stage 2 Water Emergency, asking all residents and businesses to voluntarily cut back on water use due to low levels at Cherrystone and Roaring Fork lakes. Suggested steps include fixing leaks, shortening showers, limiting lawn watering and car washing, and delaying new landscaping and some construction activities until the drought warning ends.
