Alongside sister hospitals in Haymarket and Prince William, the Culpeper facility's recognitions signal better outcomes, faster treatment, and stronger heart and stroke care for local residents who may need lifesaving services close to home.
• A 40 acre farm in central Virginia has a dam between two ponds and blueberries under the route, while the transmission line crossing it was drawn for data centers rather than the reactor beside it (energiesmedia.com) — A massive 765‑kilovolt transmission line is planned to run 115 miles from near Lynchburg to a substation in Culpeper County, potentially crossing up to nine counties and reshaping land use beneath its tall towers. For Culpeper residents, the project could mean new power capacity for Northern Virginia's data‑center growth, while raising questions about routing, eminent domain, and local environmental impacts.
