July 29 — A breaking-and-entering incident was reported in the 100 block of Luna Park Drive at 10:28 a.m. The case is pending.

July 27 — A theft was reported in the 3800 block of Mt. Vernon Avenue at 1:35 p.m. The case is pending.

July 26 — Theft of property from a vehicle was reported in the 3200 block of Jefferson Davis Highway at 1:41 p.m. The case is pending.

July 26 — A victim's purse and briefcase were stolen from her vehicle as she paid for gas she had just pumped at a station in the 2300 block of Jefferson Davis Highway at 12:25 p.m. The case is pending.

July 25 — A motor scooter that was securely chained to a front railing in a parking lot on E. Mason Street was reported stolen at 4:23 a.m. The case is pending.

July 25 — Personal items were reported stolen from a vehicle as it was parked in a victim's driveway in the 600 block of Little Street at 3:46 a.m. The suspect was eventually caught by the police.

July 24 — The driver's side door lock of a victim's company vehicle was reported to have been punched out and various items stolen in the 300 block of Calvert Avenue at 11:12 p.m. The case is pending.

July 24 — An arrest was made for a shoplifting offense in the 3100 block of Jefferson Davis Highway at 4:47 p.m. 

July 24 — Unknown suspects were reported to have entered the victim's unlocked vehicle parked on the street near her residence in the 3300 block of Holly Street and ransacked the interior at 12:55 p.m. The case is pending.

July 24 — A Fed-Ex-delivered package was reported stolen at 12:46 p.m. from the victim's porch on W. Del Ray Avenue while she was out of town. The case is pending.

July 24 — A GPS unit was reported stolen from the unlocked vehicle as it was parked on the street in front of the victim's residence in the 900 block of Little Street at 12:18 p.m. The case is pending.

July 24 — Coins were reported stolen from a vehicle, which was entered by unknown means, in the 1600 block of Ruffner Road at 11:17 a.m. The case is pending.

July 24 — Unknown suspects were reported to have attempted to execute the false pretense-swindle confidence game in the 3000 block of Mosby Street at 10:38 a.m. The case is pending. 

July 23 — Three unknown suspects were reported to have approached a victim in the 3800 block of Florence Drive at 12:44 a.m. and robbed him of his wallet, phone, bracelet and shoes while pointing a gun at his head. The case is pending.

July 23 — The interior of a vehicle was reported to have been rummaged through and a computer stolen as the vehicle was parked in the 2500 block of Sanford Street at 10:54 p.m. The vehicle was entered by unknown means. The case is pending.

July 23 — An unlocked bicycle was stolen from the victim's fenced yard on Groves Avenue at 10:16 a.m. The case is pending.

July 23 — A GPS unit was reported stolen from a vehicle, which was entered by unknown means, while it was parked in a victim's driveway on W. Windsor Avenue at 8:17 a.m. The case is pending.

July 22 — A suspect was arrested for being drunk in public in the 3900 block of Old Dominion Boulevard at 4:49 a.m.
