Aug. 22 — An arrest was made for a drug offense at 9:47 p.m. on E. Reed Avenue. 

Aug. 21 — A fraud offense was reported at 2:52 p.m. in the 3700 block of Jefferson Davis Highway. Case is open.

Aug. 20 — An arrest was made for being drunk in public at 11:30 p.m. in the 200 block of W. Glebe Road.

Aug. 20 — A counterfeiting or forgery offense was reported at 7:07 p.m. in the 400 block of E. Raymond Avenue. The case is pending. 

Aug. 20 — A destruction or damage to property crime was reported at 1:52 p.m. in the 600 block of Four Mile Road. The case is pending. 

Aug. 20 — A theft was reported at 7:37 a.m. in the 1900 block of Jefferson Davis Highway. The case is pending.

Aug. 20 — A suspect was arrested for possession of an open container of alcohol at 12:45 a.m. in the 3800 block of Russell Road.

Aug. 18 — A victim reported at 3:33 p.m. that an unknown suspect or suspects enter his apartment on Sunset Drive through an unlocked window by cutting the screen and stole several prescription bottles full of coins. The case is open.

Aug. 18 — An arrest was made for a liquor law violation at 2:20 p.m. in the 400 block of E. Braddock Road.

Aug. 16 — A suspect was charged with illegal possession of alcohol at 10:35 p.m. in the 3800 block of Executive Avenue.

Aug. 16 — An arrest was made for trespassing at 10 p.m. in the 400 block of E. Braddock Road.   

Aug. 16 — A cab driver reported at 6:50 p.m. that an unknown passenger was taken to the destination she requested in the 3800 block of Executive Avenue but left the cab without paying the fare. The case is pending.

Aug. 16 — A sexual offense was reported at 3:30 p.m. in the 1900 block of King Street near the Metro station. To protect the victim’s privacy, the narrative for the case is not available. The case is pending.

Aug. 15 — An arrest was made for shoplifting at 11:15 p.m. in the 3600 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

Aug. 15 — An arrest was made for shoplifting at 10:45 p.m. in the 3800 block of Jefferson Davis Highway.

Aug. 15 — A theft was reported at 10 p.m. in the 300 block of Evans Lane. The case is pending.

Aug. 15 — A fraud offense was reported at 5:10 p.m. on W. Chapman Street. The case is pending.

Aug. 14 — A victim reported at 11:34 p.m. that two pairs of sunglasses were stolen from her vehicle parked in her driveway in the 100 block of E. Rosemont Avenue.

Aug. 14 — A theft from a vehicle was reported at 7:21 p.m. in the 700 block of Slaters Lane. The case is pending.

Aug. 14 — A victim reported at 12:07 p.m. that an unknown suspect or suspects entered his unlocked vehicle parked in from of his residence in the 300 block of E. Luray Avenue and stole coins and 10 CDs. The case is pending.

Aug. 14 — A victim reported at 10:36 a.m. that an unknown suspect or suspects stole two bicycles from her front porch in the 600 block of Little Street. Case is pending.

Aug. 14 — Victims reported that at 10:04 a.m. that an unknown suspect or suspects entered their vehicles parked in front of their home in the 2400 block of Randolph Avenue and ransacked the interiors, but stole just two CDs from one of the vehicles. The case is pending.
