May 27 — An arrest was made for theft in the 3100 block of Jefferson Davis Highway at 3:17 p.m. 

May 26 — A theft was reported in the 3500 block of Jefferson Davis Highway at 9 p.m. The case is pending.

May 26 — An assault was reported in the 3800 block of Mt. Vernon Avenue at 9:39 a.m. The case is pending.

May 23 — An arrest was made for assault in the 200 block of W. Glebe Road at 9:30 p.m. 

May 23 — An arrest was made for a shoplifting offense in the 2400 block of Jefferson Davis Highway at 3:45 p.m. 

May 23 — An unknown suspect or suspects smashed a victim's passenger-side window on his vehicle and stole coins from the console. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Manor Road at 11 a.m. The case is pending.

May 23 — Theft of property from a vehicle was reported in the 3800 block of Moore Place at 10:03 a.m. The case is pending.

May 22 — A victim reported that two unknown subjects assaulted and robbed him of a large amount of cash as he was walking to work in the 1000 block of W. Glebe Road at 2:30 p.m.

May 21 — A victim reported that an unknown suspect or suspects entered her unlocked vehicle, which was parked on the street in the 500 block of E. Nelson Avenue at 9:55 p.m. The case is pending.

May 21 — An assault was reported between two neighbors who were known to each other. The incident was reported in the 100 block of W. Monroe Avenue at 5:30 p.m. The case is pending.

May 21 — An unknown suspect was caught on video stealing money from the victim's purse in a shopping cart in a store in the 3800 block of Jefferson Davis Highway at 4:45 p.m. The case is pending.

May 21 — An unknown suspect or suspects entered a victim's vehicle by unknown means, ransacked the interior and stole coins. The incident was reported in the 2500 block of Terrett Avenue at 10:32 a.m. The case is pending.

May 21 — A victim reported that an unknown suspect or suspects stole the rear license plate from his vehicle, which was parked in the driveway at his residence in the 2500 block of Dewitt Avenue at 10:26 a.m. The case is pending.

May 21 — A victim reported that an unknown suspect or suspects entered her unlocked vehicle parked in her residence driveway in the 400 block of E. Luray Avenue and stole her GPS unit and iPod charging cables. The incident occurred at 9:54 a.m. The case is pending.
