An Alexandria woman was beat up in the road in front of her Ramsey Street residence shortly before 11 p.m. Sunday, according to an Alexandria Police Department spokesperson. The woman was videotaping what she suspected to be some sort of illegal activity in a back driveway to a Spring Street home when she was punched by at least two women, according to the police. According to the APD spokesperson, the incident, which took place in the 1000 block of Ramsey Street, is carrying a felony assault charge and an arrest was made.
