• 3 pedestrians killed in separate crashes across DC region (fox5dc.com) — A 44‑year‑old man was struck and killed late Saturday night while crossing Fraley Boulevard near Dumfries Road, in a crash involving two vehicles and no marked crosswalk. The Dumfries death was one of three separate pedestrian fatalities across the D.C. region over the weekend, alongside deadly incidents in Fairfax County and Northeast D.C.
   

• Police Blotter: Firearm Arrest, Officer Assaults Reported (potomaclocal.com) — Prince William County police report an intoxicated woman allegedly assaulted two officers at the Motel 6 on Dumfries Road after a domestic‑dispute call, leaving officers with minor injuries. The same blotter details a firearm arrest tied to a Woodbridge restaurant shooting, an officer assault at Jiffy Lube Live in Bristow, and several Stafford County DUI, theft, and drug cases.
