Just saw what appeared to be a very disoriented, potentially rabid raccoon that walked out onto Judicial Drive and then stayed in the middle of the road and walking up to cars that were attempting to get around. This was on area before Judicial turns (closer to the Juvenile Detention Center and in front of Fairfax Family Dental) (Nextdoor Southeast Fairfax City)
