Police Seek Help Finding Missing 14-Year-Old Girl In Fairfax City

FAIRFAX CITY, VA — Fairfax City Police are asking for the public's help locating a 14-year-old girl who was reported missing this week.

Genesis Rivera Ruiz was last seen around 7:15 a.m. Wednesday, in the area of Fairfax Boulevard, according to a missing-person bulletin issued by the City of Fairfax Police Department.

Genesis is described as 5 feet, 1 inch tall and weighing about 60 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black leggings and black flip-flops.

Police released a photo of Genesis as part of their effort to locate her.
