• People and Places - Week of August 28. 2026 (fairfaxtimes.com) — Pedestrians in Fairfax Station now have a safer way to cross Silverbrook Road at Crosspointe Drive, with new crosswalks, curb ramps, and a refuge island improving access to Silverbrook Elementary and nearby recreation spots.
