FALLS CHURCH, VA — Best Buns Bakery & Burgers opened its newest Northern Virginia location on Thursday, bringing an all-day restaurant, bakery and rooftop bar to the West Falls development.
The restaurant, located at 265 W. Falls Station Blvd. next to Meridian High School, is the fourth Best Buns location operated by Great American Restaurants.
The menu ranges from breakfast through dinner, with breakfast sandwiches, avocado toast, pastries and signature cinnamon rolls alongside buttermilk fried chicken sandwiches, honey fried chicken biscuits, specialty sandwiches, salads, fries and desserts.
The Falls Church location also features an upstairs full-service bar with outdoor rooftop seating. The bar serves the restaurant's full food menu along with cocktails, wine and draft beer.
"We are excited to become part of the Falls Church community and, in particular, to be neighbors with Meridian High School, where my own high school basketball coach, Jim Smith, now coaches," Great American Restaurants CEO Jon Norton said.
Best Buns opened its first location in Shirlington in 1995. The Falls Church restaurant is open daily from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Customers can receive 90 minutes of free garage parking with validation. The restaurant is also near the West Falls Church Metro station.
