Falls Church to Host High-Energy Women’s Crawl Focused on Connection and Empowerment

Shrinks on Tap Podcast Presents: The Women’s Crawl – Falls Church, VA

A new, high-energy event is coming to Falls Church on May 9th. The Women’s Crawl is a 5-hour immersive experience designed to bring women together for connection, empowerment, and community—all while supporting local businesses.

Hosted by the Shrinks on Tap Podcastand sponsored by Expand Psychology, this one-of-a-kind crawl invites participants to move through multiple locations in Falls Church enjoying drink and food specials, interactive wellness stations, and meaningful connection along the way.

Participants will experience guided moments like intention setting, a symbolic release ritual, and a playful “primal scream” and mind-body reset—culminating in a closing dance party.

Participating stops include Ireland’s Four Provinces (check-in), Stratford Garden, Dogwood Tavern, Thompson Italian, and Clare & Don’s Beach Shack.

A portion of proceeds will benefit Homestretch, a local nonprofit supporting families—many impacted by domestic violence—in achieving housing stability and independence.

The event runs from 2–7 PM and is open to women 21+. Tickets start at $15.
