Man Accused Of Grabbing Woman's Buttocks At Stafford Walmart Had Daughter With Him: Police
Two men have been arrested after they were accused of grabbing women's buttocks in separate incidents at a Stafford Walmart this month.
STAFFORD COUNTY, VA — A pair of men were arrested in Stafford County after they were accused of grabbing women's buttocks in separate incidents at the Walmart in Washington Square Plaza. One suspect was accused of grabbing a pair of women on Feb. 6, while another was accused of grabbing a woman in the store's restroom on Monday, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
The more recent incident occurred around 3:30 p.m. on Monday. Police said that the victim, who was only identified as an adult woman, said she was in the women's restroom at the front of the store before the assault.
In the restroom, the victim said she saw a man and his daughter using the restroom's larger stall for people with disabilities. Authorities claimed that as the man exited the restroom, he grabbed the woman's buttocks.

Deputies responded to the scene and located the suspect inside the store. Police identified the man as 26-year-old Enzo Cirpaci of Dumfries. A family member came to the store to take custody of his child while deputies arrested Cirpaci, the sheriff's office said.
Cirpaci was charged with one count of assault before he was released on an unsecured bond. His next court date is scheduled for March 3.

Authorities also announced that they had made an arrest in connection with two previous assaults at the same store. Cesar Torres Juares, a 26-year-old man from Spotsylvania, was arrested and charged with two counts of sexual battery. Juares is accused of grabbing two women's buttocks at the Walmart on Feb. 6.
In their announcement, the sheriff's office urged shoppers to be cautious. "Be alert to your surroundings and the people around you. Stay in well lit areas and walk confidently," the sheriff's office said. "Report any suspicious activity to store employees or law enforcement."
