27-Year-Old From Stafford Dies Following Crash Near Abel Lake: SCSO
Stafford County Sheriff's Office is investigating the circumstances around Wednesday's fatal single-vehicle crash on Kellogg Mill Road.
FREDERICKSBURGE, VA — A 27-year-old Stafford resident died from injuries received during a single vehicle crash that occurred Wednesday night near Abel Lake, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies responded around 9:28 p.m. to the 600 block of Kellogg Mill Road to investigate the report of a crash. The sole occupant of a 2011 Toyota Camry was taken to a nearby hospital with life-threatening injuries, but they died a short time later.
As of Friday morning, SCSO's Traffic Safety Unit was still investigating the crash and the identity of the victim has not been release.
