3 Child Sexual Battery Charges Filed Against School Bus Aide
A school bus aide is accused of taking indecent liberties with students with disabilities who were ages 4 and 5, the sheriff's office said.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — A Fredericksburg man is facing multiple charges, including aggravated sexual battery of a child, due to incidents of inappropriate touching while he was working as an aide on a school bus, according to Spotsylvania County authorities.
Detectives from the Child Victim Unit investigated after school authorities reported evidence of inappropriate touching of a student on a bus, according to the Spotsylvania Sheriff's Office.
Investigators said Miguel Velasquez Velasco assaulted three separate children on the same day, while he was working as a school bus aide. The victims, who were students with disabilities, were 4 and 5 years old, a report said.

Velasquez Velasco, 22, was charged with aggravated sexual battery of a child, two counts of indecent liberties of a child while in a custodial role, and one count of attempted sodomy of a child, according to the sheriff's office.
He was arrested Thursday night and taken to the Rappahannock Regional Jail, where he was held without bond.
