3 Restaurant Spaces Now Open for Rental in Fredericksburg

Due to closings, restaurants are available for rent.

After two closings and one deal that went belly-up, three restaurant locations are open for lease in Fredericksburg.

Both Mimi’s Cafe and Friendly’s closed doors on their Fredericksburg locations within the past month. Mimi’s Cafe’s former location, at 10001 Jefferson Davis Highway in Cosner’s Corner, is up for lease with Sax Realty, based out of Bethesda. Friendly’s store, at 10336 Spotsylvania Ave. in Lee’s Hill, is represented by Donny Self of Coldwell Banker Elite.

What used to be Tru Luv’s at 1101 Sophia St. was leased to Uncle B’s Soul Food when the restaurant closed in 2013. With nearly a year gone and no restaurant opened in the space, the owner decided to sell, according to fredericksburg.com. The building is now available for lease with its new owner, Tommy Mitchell.
