7-Eleven Robbery Video Released By Fredericksburg Police

Fredericksburg Police have released video surveillance of a 7-Eleven convenience store being robbed early Sept. 7 at 1613 Dixon Street.

FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Fredericksburg Police have released video surveillance of a 7-Eleven convenience store being robbed early Sept. 7 at 1613 Dixon Street. Shortly before 1 a.m., an employee told police an unknown masked man entered the store, walked behind the counter and stole the cash register drawer that contained an undisclosed amount of cash.

He then left the store and fled on foot in the direction of Airport Avenue. A K-9 unit was unable to find him. He's described as black, 18-30 and 5-7 to 5-9. He was wearing a black zip-up sweatshirt, black athletic pants, black shoes and a white bandanna covering the lower half of his face. Anyone with information is urged to call police at 540-373-3122.
