FREDERICKSBURG, VA — Grab a glass of wine (or a cup of beer) this weekend at The Village Towne Center neighboring Spotsylvania Mall.
It's the 8th Annual Rites of Spring Festival, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
The outdoor event also will have live music and food vendors.
