STAFFORD, VA — Stafford County Public Schools will provide free meals to children this summer through the Summer Food Service Program.
The meals will be available at designated sites on a first-come, first-served basis. The school division said meals will be provided to all children at no charge and will be the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, disability or age.

Under federal civil rights law and U.S. Department of Agriculture civil rights regulations and policies, institutions participating in the program are prohibited from discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex, including gender identity and sexual orientation, disability, age, or reprisal or retaliation for prior civil rights activity.
Program information may be made available in languages other than English. People with disabilities who need alternative means of communication, such as Braille, large print, audiotape or American Sign Language, should contact the state or local agency that administers the program, the USDA’s TARGET Center at 202-720-2600 or the Federal Relay Service at 800-877-8339.
